4.Google Tag Manager

The Google Tag Manager is used on our website. This is a service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google” ). The Google Tag Manager enables us to manage so-called website tags via a dashboard and does not collect any personal data itself.

5.Hotjar

When processing payments

Insofar as our range of services is chargeable, the payment process is processed via the “Stripe” service. This is a payment processing service provided by Stripe Inc. (510 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA, www.stripe.com , hereinafter referred to as “Stripe”). As part of payment processing, your order and payment data will be transmitted to a Stripe server via a secure protocol and stored there for at least the legally prescribed retention period. be transmitted

Upon receipt of our newsletters and reminders

As part of our range of services, we may offer you the opportunity to register to receive newsletters and reminder e-mails (so-called reminders). Your data is managed and newsletters and reminders are sent using “Hubspot”, an inbound marketing platform from HubSpot, Inc. (25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Hubspot”).

Social media integration

When using our impression kit

When using our impression set, personal data, such as footprints, as well as the information in the questionnaire for the production of the insoles are processed and stored for the purpose of easy reordering by customers.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

 

Your data will not be transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your data to third parties if

  • you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
  • the transfer according to Art. 6 Para.1 lit. f GDPR is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
  • there is a legal obligation for the transfer according to Art. 6 Para.1 lit. c DSGVO and/or
  • this is required for the processing of contractual relationships with you in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR.

 

Encryption

 

In order to protect your transmitted data, we use what is known as SSL encryption. You can tell that such encryption is active by the “https://” and the lock symbol in the address line of the browser you are using. The encryption ensures that all data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
